ADMINISTRATOR / PA - £20,000 - £25,000 negotiable depending on experience
Property company seeks a confident, experienced office administrator / PA to work full-time managing the admin of over 50 executive rental apartments. Working within a small and friendly team in nice offices in central Windsor the ideal applicant will have experience of Quickbooks or similar bookkeeping software, Microsoft Office applications, be used to dealing with the public and be cool-headed and able to work under pressure.
The varied role includes dealing with customers and suppliers by telephone and face-to-face. Office administration including invoicing, banking, processing bookings, data entry and filing plus organising a team of house-keeping staff and maintenance people. The successful applicant will work alongside a lettings manager and a property manager and must be flexible and confident when dealing with people and problems that arise.
Good telephone manner, excellent organisational skills and driving licence essential. The job is office based but will include some travel to property locations all within the Windsor area.
